Terms of Service
What you're buying
JobStamp is a one-time-fee tool for capturing before-and-after job photos and voice updates, and (depending on your plan) syncing them to your own WordPress website. There is no subscription — you pay once for the plan you choose, and it's yours to keep using.
Setup assistance
The App + Share + Web Setup plan (and the founding-rate plan) includes up to 2 hours of personal WordPress setup assistance. Additional support beyond that is available at $49/hr, billed only when requested and agreed to in advance. We do not bill for additional time without your explicit go-ahead.
What we don't guarantee
- JobStamp currently syncs automatically only with WordPress websites. We can't guarantee compatibility with every WordPress theme, plugin combination, or hosting provider, though we'll do our best to troubleshoot reasonable issues within the included setup time.
- JobStamp is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for lost business, lost data, or missed jobs resulting from its use. Please keep your own backups of anything critical.
Acceptable use
JobStamp is intended for documenting your own legitimate business projects. Please don't use it to upload or transmit content you don't have the right to share, or in any way that violates applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as JobStamp evolves. Continued use of JobStamp after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Privacy Policy
What we collect, and where it actually lives
JobStamp is built so your project data stays yours:
- App + Share plan: your photos and voice notes are stored locally on your own phone. We never receive or store them on any server we control.
- WordPress-connected plans: your photos and voice notes sync directly to your own WordPress website's media library — again, not to any server we control.
- Purchase information: when you buy a plan, our payment processors (Stripe and/or PayPal) handle your payment details directly. We don't receive or store your card number.
- Contact information: if you email us, we keep that correspondence to provide support and follow up on your purchase.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information to anyone. We don't run tracking ads. This site doesn't use cookies or third-party analytics trackers beyond your browser remembering your language preference (English/Spanish), which stays on your own device.
Your rights
Since we don't hold your project data on our own servers to begin with, there's generally nothing on our end to request or delete beyond your own correspondence with us. If you'd like us to delete any support emails or purchase records we hold, email support@getjobstamp.com and we'll take care of it.
Refund Policy
App + Share plan ($149, self-serve)
Since this plan is instant and self-serve, we offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email support@getjobstamp.com to request one.
App + Share + Web Setup plan ($199) and Founding Rate ($49)
Because these plans include our personal time:
- If you request a refund before your setup session begins, you'll receive a full refund.
- If you request a refund after setup work has started, we'll refund the portion of the fee that reflects time not yet spent, at our reasonable discretion — just email us and we'll work it out fairly.
- Once setup is fully complete and your site is successfully connected, the plan is considered delivered and is non-refundable, though we'll still help troubleshoot any genuine issues within your included support time.
